Photo usage terms

Some of my photographs are available under the terms of Creative Commons licenses.

Basically this licensing means that I still own full copyright for my work, but I reserve only some rights on it. See the license summary for a quick overview of the rights and restrictions.
Commercial use: If you are unsure whether your planned use would count as commercial, please check the full legal code of the license.

Please note that not ALL of my photographs are (or will be) released under the terms of the same license. The licensed photos have a link to the license terms on the photo pages (if such a page exists for the photo), and all of my photos licensed under Creative Commons licenses are listed on this page. Licensed photos are also available in full size via Ourmedia or a similar hosting site.

Please note that I'm currently in the very beginning of the process of releasing my photos using this license. This list will grow a lot, and it'll also include some photos that are not currently in my photo galleries.
