Unblanked walls

While trying to learn to see the urban environment photographically (using the secret technique of aimless wandering), I started taking pictures of graffiti. This is a collection of documentary photographs. All the honour for the artists who created the pictures - this wandering photographer just saves his findings on film.

I've tried to capture the graffiti as well as possible, but sometimes the place puts some restrictions to the procedure. Some have been shot from sideways angle, distorting the form a bit; with some I've been forced to use ultra-wide lens, which may do silly things with perspective. All photos have seen "auto levels" or similar treatment in Gimp, some have also had their colours enhanced.

The accuracy of the location varies a lot - sometimes it pinpoints a specific underpass, but sometimes there's two districts listed. If the two listed locations don't cross (there may also be two roads/bridges running in parallel) the real location is somewhere between them or either one of them, but I'm not sure which...

This is not a static collection - I will replace the simpler graffiti with fancier ones when I find them.
